Job Title : Principal Consultant- Pega

Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technologies.

Preferred

Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) is responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks. Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega

• At least 5 years in experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks.

• At least 4 years of experience in hand’s on application development experience in Pega PRPC v5.x/v6.x/v7.x and Pega frameworks.

• Should be certified CSSA/CLSA/CLBA in Pega PRPC v6.x/v7.x

• At least 4 years of experience in either J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), web development (JSP//CSS)Net or any programming language.

• Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features

• Works in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope and risk

• Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success.

• Experience and desire to work in offshore/onshore model.

Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) is to work with customers/business to elicit and document business requirements and follow best practices in implementing requirements, leveraging the Pega product

• Should be Pega Certified Business Architect(CBA)/DCO

• Understand and document/model the customer's business process, business requirements, and business rules. Translate these items into user stories/use cases.

• At least 4 years of BA experience with at least 3 years of experience in Pega application

• Strong understanding of Pega DCO best practices, and exposure to multiple project methodologies

• Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse target audiences

• Ability to visualize business processes and requirements using a variety of modeling techniques.

• Experience and desire to work in offshore/onshore model.
