Professional Experience/Qualifications

The ideal candidate demonstrates a high level of experience and proficiency in the following areas:

• 6+ years’ experience performing Windows server configuration, and network/computer end-user. Must have demonstrated ownership of all aspects of running a Windows environment.

• 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft azure, 365 and Office 365 environments.

• Microsoft Intune MDM Experience for end point management.

• Imaging, Software Packaging, and device provisioning Automation

• Virtual Machines and Virtual servers experience.

• Experience supporting SQL Server, Windows Server, Active Directory experience with scripting skills.

• Terminal Server experience

• Background in Microsoft networking technologies (DNS, DHCP)

• Solid understanding of common Windows desktop platforms including Windows 10.

• Must be able to evaluate technologies and develop strategies.

• Technical and functional documentation skills are essential.

• Self-starter; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently for on-time delivery.

• Self-motivated; proactive; a team player; well spoken.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.

• Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to easily and effectively interact with technical, non-technical, support, and business staff at all levels.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Professional appearance and conduct.

• Sound working knowledge of LAN/WAN topologies and architecture. Multi-site WAN environment.

• Ability to develop effective working relationships with customers, co-workers and Administration, strong customer service orientation.
