The Registered Nurse performs all procedures of dialysis and related patient care and participates in the training program for home dialysis and self-care under the supervision of the Director of Dialysis; provides chronic dialysis care and treatment, training, and education; evaluates patients, communicates with physician and other members of the care team to interpret, adjust, and complete patient assessments and care plans; teaches skills, techniques, and procedures; and assists in research studies; provide safe, effective delivery of patient care as overseen by the physician in compliance with standards outlined in the facility procedure manual, as well as regulation set forth by the company, state and federal agencies.RNs need to be willing to work outpatient dialysis clinic and acute care both as needed Position Urgency:Rapid Response Crisis
