*Types of Patients:

Client provides 24 hour acute nursing care to neurosurgery, medical and ortho-spine patients who are acutely ill, injured, or have pre-existing disease process who are in the adolescent, adult, and geriatric stages of life.

Sign-on: $10,000 - requirement is that they have one year of nursing experience in an inpatient setting. The bonus is paid out in two installments - $6k after 6 months of employment and $4k after 18 months of employment. Nurses are not required to sign a contract to receive the bonus. The bonus is taxed as income.

Relocation assistance offered: $5,000 (if 70 miles or farther)

**nurses can start immediately based on orientation availability. Orientation is twice per month. If the nurses started sooner than September they would start at the current hospital and transfer over to the new facility at the designated time. The new facility is to start seeing patients on September 1st
