• 7+ years of professional experience in Financial Planning and Analysis

• Provider Healthcare experience (Nice to Have)

• Forecasting, strategic planning, and financial modeling experience along with a solid knowledge of general accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

• Ability to drill down in large amounts of data to determine the root cause of items driving favorable/unfavorable financial trends

• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to work through ambiguity

• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (including advanced MS Excel skills)

• MBA or CPA preferred
