Required skills and experience:

* Master’s Degree in human services discipline, including, but not limited to: Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, etc.)

* 3+ years experience working with children (experience can include internships, volunteer work, etc.).

* Experience in supervising staff

* Licensed and active Licensed-Eligible preferred.

What you need to know:

* Provide oversight, supervision and management of clinical services programs and staff providing treatment services to clients. Oversee all aspects of service delivery for clinical programs. Assist with budgeting, marketing, hiring and supervising staff.

* Assign caseloads and assist with identifying hiring needs.

* Provide orientation and training to staff.

* Provide individual clinical supervision to direct care staff, and document supervision sessions

* Provide clinical oversight in day-to-day operations to include client crises.

* Conduct staff meetings.

Knowledge of:

• Child and Adolescent development/needs/behavior

• Child and/or Adult psychopathology and diagnostic categories

• Family systems

• Treatment planning and implementation, reviewing, and updating of Person-Centered Plans.

• Best Practices in clinical treatment interventions

• Family systems and family dynamics

• Best Practices in Systems of Care

• Medical/Clinical and Medicaid documentation standards and practices
