Job Requirements: Minimum of GED or High School Diploma, plus 6 months of direct work experience with people with intellectual disabilities and/or mental illness. Graduate from a standard Senior High School or GED equivalent. Current Certified Nursing Assistant License Work experience, preferably direct care experience. Experience and education may be substituted for one another. Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish) Demonstrate ability to communicate efficiently and professionally in both written and oral form. Must possess valid Texas driver’s license or obtain it no later than 90 days after hire date. What you need to know: 24 hours per day, seven days per week possibility 12 hour shifts varies: 1st shift – 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. 2nd shift – 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. to include weekends
