  • Responsibilities

    Required skills and experience: • Possession of a Master’s degree (i.e. counseling; mental health; social work; marriage and family counseling; psychology; educational psychology; etc.) • A minimum of 5 years of verified direct work experience, acquired working with children/adolescents and families in a therapeutic treatment environment which includes experience in developing and implementing treatment plans. • 2 years of supervision experience • Knowledge and experience working with Foster care. What you need to know: ? Provide leadership to maximize growth and profitability while leading and managing all company operation functions. This includes implementing potentially profitable short- and long-term programs and processes to optimize work flow through plans to control budget spending, labor efficiency, and customer service satisfaction and by reviewing performance against operating plans, analyzing market conditions, and collaborating with other company executives to establish and execute responsibilities. Assist each office in the development and implementation of a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization. ? Provide supervision and training for each office’s management team to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. What you need to know: ? Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company. What you need to know: ? Ensure implementation of company operational procedures, policies, and standards. Knowledge of: • Has working knowledge of Productivity, Systems Management, Budgeting, Financial Planning, Cost analysis and related systems. • Exhibits knowledge of expanded principles of program development, fiscal management, personnel policies and practices. • Demonstrates expertise and knowledge of the principles and practices clinical services and their effective supervision. • Demonstrates knowledge of and compliance with the non-disclosure of proprietary information. • Knowledge of Medicaid guidelines and licensure requirements essential to the operation of mental health agency • Knowledge of accreditation process Schedule: M-F **Willing to travel to visit the VA facilities each month
