    Job Description

We are seeking a Producing/Project Management Intern to join the PXP team in support of clients and internal branding projects. While a traditional background in content production is a plus, we’re seeking aspiring Project Manager and Producers to work cross-functionally across the PXP brand. Our ideal candidate will lead with a curious foot, love figuring things out, and understand how beautiful things are made from concept to delivery.

In general, we're looking for bright, organized Producing and Project Management interns who love hybrid roles that combine concepting, content-making, social trends, and collaborating with other creators to develop fit-for-platform content that's experimental and relevant.

This paid, in person, 10-week program runs June 5 - August 11, and is available to incoming college seniors and recent graduates. Applications will be accepted online through April 9, 2023 and we will notify selected candidates in late April/May.

    Program highlights include:

    • Lunch & Learns - Gain an understanding of the creative process and the role of each agency discipline.
    • Intern Pitch Project – Experience the full life cycle of an agency pitch, and get hands-on skills in collaboration, problem-solving, presentation skills, and work process.
    • Cultural Gatherings - Join fellow interns and agency staff to enjoy the best New York has to offer.

    Day-to-day responsibilities include:

    • Support the planning, development, and strategies as social media creators develop concepts for multi-platform posts.
    • Support Creators and Strategists for clients and internal/branding projects.
    • Grow and develop as a Project Manager or Producer in a fast-paced content creation environment.
