    Job Description

    The Production Management Team is one of the most important roles for PXP, as they are the connection point between our clients, agency partners, and internal teams- knowing when to push and when to bend. As a Production Coordinator , you will be the hub- a trusted, respected and critical asset to the entire team and process. Having excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle tasks easily and calmly.

    • Point of Contact for Vendor and Freelance process. Owning, managing and ensuring timely approvals, process and payment.
    • Responsible for supporting vendor set ups
    • Provide administrative support to production studios, including Pos/Invoices, department expenses, job number creation, client hard drive inventory and organization.
    • Manages daily requests within Production Departments.
    • Assists in coordinating vendors for project work.
    • Fosters relationships with outside production companies & vendors.
    • Ensures outstanding timesheets are completed, assist production management team in ensuring actuals are up to date
    • Supports in financial reconciliation (PO gathering), job information and paperwork management
    • Supports Team Leads in ensuring all new hire paperwork is complete for onboarding and first day

    ** Locations & Commitments:**

    • Full-time role, hybrid status
    • In-office 2-3 days a week
    • Overtime may be required to deliver on client projects and deadlines

    ** Candidate Requirements:**

    • Ideally 1-2 years in a production or project management role (creative agency experience preferred)
    • Strong skills in Office 365 as well as experience with project management software
    • Knowledge of creative and production processes is a plus
    • Minimum 2+ years in a production or project management role (creative agency experience preferred)
    • Strong skills in Office 365 as well as experience with project management software
    • Strong financial knowledge
    • Bachelors’ degree
    • Excellent team management skills with ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong presentation skills
    • Strong organization skills and ability to manage a great deal of detailed information
    • Resilience and ability to help team stay motivated through challenging timelines and changes in client direction
    • Customer-service oriented, attuned to client needs
    • Critical thinking / using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to opportunities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver before deadlines
    • Flexibility, willingness to shift gears to meet project deadlines and client deliverables
