    Job Description

We are seeking a Content Creator Intern to join the PXP team in support of clients and internal branding projects. While a traditional background in content production is a plus, we’re seeking creators who can plan, point, shoot, and edit. Our ideal candidate will lead with a curious foot, love figuring things out, and understand how beautiful things are made with their phone or a camera - whatever it takes to communicate great ideas, thoughts, and expressions engagingly. Social Media cache is secondary to great content – we don’t need an influencer. We need someone well-honed at the craft.

In general, we're looking for bright, digitally focused Content Creator interns who love hybrid roles that combine concepting, content-making, social trends, and collaborating with other creators to develop fit-for-platform content that's experimental and relevant.

This paid, in person, 10-week program runs June 5 - August 11, and is available to incoming college seniors and recent graduates. Applications will be accepted online through April 9, 2023 and we will notify selected candidates in late April/May.

    Program highlights include:

    • Lunch & Learns - Gain an understanding of the creative process and the role of each agency discipline.
    • Intern Pitch Project – Experience the full life cycle of an agency pitch, and get hands-on skills in collaboration, problem-solving, presentation skills, and work process.
    • Cultural Gatherings - Join fellow interns and agency staff to enjoy the best New York has to offer.

    Day-to-day responsibilities include:

    • Plan, develop, and strategize social media concepts for multi-platform posts.
    • Partner regularly with AD and CW for clients and internal/branding projects.
    • Shoot and edit content for stories or posts with a creative eye and flair with accessible and common tools.
