    Job Description

    Integrated Project Manager

    The Integrated Project Manager is one of the most important roles for PXP, as they are the connection point between our clients, agency partners, and internal teams -- knowing when to push and when to bend. As a Integrated Project Manager , you will be the hub -- a trusted, respected and critical asset to the entire team and process. Having excellent communication, planning, operational and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle tasks easily and calmly. Your experience in the production process extends beyond the general operations of the job and carries into the execution of the work, the systems and workflows of the process and all while ensuring client satisfaction. Asking and ensuring we are proactively interrogating the ask up front to set the team up for success in design to delivery.

    • Responsible for individual projects or a portfolio of projects for one or more clients
    • Supervise and manage the creation of content across all production phases and deliverables for projects including strategy, creative, design, production, post, and delivery
    • Lead and manage a cross-functional project team dedicated to content planning, development, distribution and optimization
    • Maintain close communication with clients, other Publicis Groupe agencies, the PXP studio, and third-party vendors to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction
    • Manage the PXP relationship with clients, other Publicis Groupe agencies, the PXP studio, and third-party vendors
    • Ensure timely, on-budget delivery while also ensuring the quality of work, and logistical coordination of all phases of the project
    • Manage monthly job reconciliation and billing working with PXP Finance
    • Create and take action on monthly hours / budget burn reporting
    • Review, bid, and manage scope of work throughout the lifecycle of a job
    • Manage project financials, including opening jobs, tracking team hours, bidding, and elevating any deviations in scope
    • Maintain proper resource management of a project or program to ensure productive teams and manage project burn
    • Create project timelines, keeping team and clients on track through all project phases for timely delivery
    • Develop and evolve project management workflows for maximum efficiencies

    Location & Commitments

    • Full-time role
    • Chicago as the primary location preferred but would consider full-time remote for the right resource
    • Chicago Office In-person/in-office now a hybrid approach with the goal of three days per week in the office
    • Overtime may be required to deliver on client projects and deadlines

    Candidate Requirements

    • Understanding of creative and production services (creative, design, print, image, live action, post and digital)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of industry trends and software
    • Highly detailed and flexible to do what is required in delivering the highest quality of work
    • Ability to assess production needs (understanding production fundamentals, discipline expertise and craft expectations)
    • Knowledge of inter-departmental workflows and resources
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
    • Strong problem-solving ability. A demonstrated track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical-thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations
    • Excellent collaboration skills with ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong presentation skills
    • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects with great attention to detailed
    • Flexibility, willingness to shift gears to meet project deadlines and client deliverables
    • At least 3 years as a PM or producer at an agency or production company
    • Highly proficient with Office 365 software and ability to navigate Adobe Creative Suite
    • Bachelors’ degree preferred
