    Job Title: Franchise Sales Development Representative

    Job Summary: As a Franchise Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve our company’s sales goals. We’re seeking a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales. Ideal candidate will have some experience in the restaurant hospitality sector. Pablito's Tacos just went LIVE with the sales of its Franchise Nationwide. Incredible room for upward mobility as candidate would be one of Pablito's Tacos first corporate employee and serve as a key piece in growing this Brand globally.     QSR/Fast casual Experience a MUST

    Responsibilities:

    Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.

    Contact and qualify potential customers.

    Set appointments and follow up on leads.

    Track progress towards meeting sales goals.

    Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets.

    Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.

    Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry developments.

    Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.

    Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

    Requirements and Skills:

    2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service.

    Proficiency in CRM software.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
