Job Overview: Join our progressive Home Health and Hospice team as a Field Medical Assistant. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct visits to Company identified Assisted Living facilities weekly.
• Effectively communicate, introduce and promote our healthcare services and brand.
• Profile facilities' needs and preferences, utilizing provided templates.
• Foster ongoing relationships with facility staff and decision-makers.
• Regular reporting and coordination with the program team. Requirements:
• Preferably a background as a Medical Assistant.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to commit to a 24-40 hour workweek.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
