Qualified applicants MUST have a minimum of 7 years of multi-family experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the Construction Manager / Dir of Operations
• Primary person responsible for the quality, safety, and schedule of construction site
• Create and update construction schedules
• Schedule sub-contractors
• Schedule and pass inspections
• Troubleshooting in the field
• Weekly Ownership jobsite meetings and tailgate safety meetings
• Daily jobsite log, and jobsite cleanliness
• Track and implement field changes, RFI's, and submittals
• Work with subcontractors to secure all project closeout documents
• Create and track subcontractor Punch-Lists
• Perform walk-thrus, warranty/customer service operations
• Deliver Daily Reports, 3 Week Look-Aheads, etc.

Qualifications

• 7 years (MIN.) experience in multifamily residential construction
• Experience with local subcontractors and inspectors preferred
• Structural concrete, podium experience required
• Must have technical understanding of construction means and methods
• Must be skilled in reading and interpreting plans and specifications
• Must be comfortable using computers and MS Word, Excel, Project, etc.
• If you have prior experience in the trades this is a plus
• If you have a Contractor’s License this is a plus
• If you have a degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or architecture, this is a plus

• Must be professional in delivery of written work product (daily reports, etc.)
