Qualified candidates MUST have 7+ years of custom, single-family residential home-building experience on their resume.
Experience:
- Oversees projects’ financial schedules, coordination, and safety of the project from conception through close out.
- Works closely with the superintendent to create, update, and distribute the project schedule.
- Oversees document control maintaining project logs, submittals, drawings and current plan set. Meets with management and regularly communicates status report
- Responsible for all aspects of safety on the job site working closely with Superintendent.
- Manages the closeout phase of projects and works with Superintendent to oversee punch list management, and creation of operations and maintenance packages.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
- 7+ years of relevant construction experience in residential construction asset types - $1M+ projects
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Experience using MS Outlook, Excel and Procore (required)
- Organization and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage differing needs of the business.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive management and external business partners.
- Excellent communication and time management capabilities.
