Qualified candidates MUST have 7+ years of experience in ground up construction projects valued at over $1M.
The successful Superintendent must be able to:
· Manage projects of over $1 million in value
· Complete projects in a timely manner and within budget
· Manage quality control and overall quality of finished product
· Transition from a working carpenter to a planning/coordinating role
· Plan ahead and eliminate problems before impacting the project
· Read and understand blueprints
· Motivate crew members
· Knowledgeable and skilled in various construction fields including:
* Rough & finish carpentry
* Concrete
* Form work
* Installation of doors, frames and hardware
* Fixture installation
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· All facets of carpentry work
· Project planning
· Management of crew members
· Estimating/ordering materials either on own or through
Project Manager
