    We are seeking a few strong Sales and Marketing Brand Ambassadors who are money motivated. You will be expected to be our professional representative in this customer facing sales and marketing role increasing brand awareness and generating sales in a specific number of retail stores near you. This position is an individual contributor position, but with a career path to management

    This position requires no telemarking, no cold calling, no residential canvassing, no "startup fees" or financial investment

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Deliver the best possible customer experience that reflects our brands and retail partners standards and company values
    • We bring the customers to you where you are scheduled to be with our retail partners and your job is to utilize your training and personality to enthusiastically promote, market, and ultimately sell the products and brands we represent or own in a specific number of retail stores near you
    • Keep track of product inventory on hand. All product is owned by the company and this is in the retailers POS system. All items go through the registers and you do not have to manage cash transaction (unless scheduled in a non-retail special event such as a fair or home show. These events are by request and not generally part of your responsibilities)
    • Provide product knowledge information to customers, serve as subject matter expert

    WHAT YOU WILL LOVE

    • Full-time position as an independent contractor (initially). Its an opportunity to build your personal business and financial well being
    • High earning potential (no earning caps, Average pay is $33,000-$50,000/year and higher depending on ability. This is a commission position, but our average reps make (on average) $650-$1,000 Paid weekly. Are you talented?  If so, you can make more. The opportunity is here for the taking. All this without a college degree requirement.
    • Weekly pay based on sales that are scanned at the retailers register
    • We are growing fast so this position has the ability for motivated and successful people for possible advancement into sale management responsibilities where you will earn significant additional income managing and building your “team”
    • Requested time off allowed as long as advance notice is provided and you are not previously scheduled
    • Full paid training and support

    ESSENTIAL QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE:

    •  We require our candidates to have strong communication skills. Although a sales background is helpful, some of our best salespeople come to us with a non-sales background. If your smart, energetic and like to speak with people and can get people excited about what you are offering you will be successful. We will teach you all that your need to know. We provide PAID training.
    • Reliability and professionalism are required. We expect you to show up as scheduled and provide a positive customer experience and represent our company and our retail partners with respect and professionalism
    • Impeccable integrity
    •  Ability to set up your display on day one and take down the display on the last day and update your inventory. Take the display to the next store location
    • Proof of valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle a must
    • Must be able to memorize a short script. You do not need to make up the words to sell successfully, we teach you exactly what to say and how to promote our products
    • Must be available to work full time Thursday – Mondays typically. Yes weekends, which are our
