PACESETTER PERSONNEL SERVICES IS HIRING AN ENTRY LEVEL OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR FOR OUR OFFICE IN NORTHWEST HOUSTON, 77092 AREA.
For over 40 years, Pacesetter has provided temporary labor assistance and outsourced administrative services to clients in a range of businesses from construction and manufacturing to general offices.
We are currently looking to expand our team and bring on a dynamic individual that would like to grow with our company. Ability to grow into our Jr Recruiter role. Our ideal candidate is someone that can multi-task in a fast paced environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
2 years of experience in Office Administration.
Be able to work independently, be organized, reliable and honest.
Must be a self-starter.
Must be able to handle a heavy work load of data entry.
Must be able to handle a professional setting.
Expert in Microsoft, Word, Excel and Power Point.
Expert in Google Docs and spreadsheets.
Strong professional communication skills.
Strong time management and organization skills.
Maintain a positive, friendly persona at all times.
Strong attention to detail.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Making copies of support documents and processing I-9s.
Putting together applications, reviewing filled out applications/assessments.
Answering and managing multiple phone line system.
Assisting senior recruiters in pre-screening personnel from various job boards.
Administering in house drug screens and running background checks.
Keeping track of office inventory .
Creating spreadsheets and flyers.
Data entry.
Bilingual Preferred
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
Must have a valid Driver’s License.
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday. Hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Must be able to work overtime or Saturday if needed.
