I am looking for a bookkeeper and also an office assistant. This could be two different people, or one person depending on your time availability and interest. Highly intelligent, resourceful individual with good communication skills and organizational ability needed to support a busy business owner. I have a retail showroom selling Harps and accessories, renting harps, teaching harp and performing on harp for events. I also have airbnb properties. I am looking for someone to maintain records in spreadsheets already created. Also to do standard bookkeeping duties. There will be paid training. Responsibilities for bookkeeping position: Knowledge of quickbooks online, excell, word. Filing Invoicing Writing purchase orders and bills of sale maintaining records reconciliations Responsibilities for assistant position: Coordinating a complex schedule Providing general help in person and remotely. An active approach to problem-solving is essential. Helping with packing and shipping Helping in the showroom as needed Keeping the office organized Answering the phone and returning calls Answering emails as needed
