Pacific Barcode’s label production and converting facility is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Pacific Barcode Label Printing Solutions is a label manufacturer and printing equipment solutions provider located in Temecula, CA. We are looking for a self-motivated person who can successfully work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail.

COORDINATE CUSTOMER TRANSACTIONS

• Communicate with customers, salespeople and production staff as orders are processed through our system
• Accurate entry of information, estimates and custom products.
• Verify quantities and pricing on all repeat orders

PROVIDE DAILY SALES SUPPORT

• Follow up on all customer inquiries and requests
• Acknowledge changes to orders and ship dates
• Provide shipping/tracking information to customers
• Maintain and update customer records and files

DATA ENTRY

• Ensure that all customer order information is accurate.
• Above average attention to detail

Full Time

Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00 pm.
