We are experiencing extreme growth in the number of people we are serving through insurance transactions. As a result, we need to hire another insurance consultant.
This is where you come in. We are looking for someone that wants a career... not a job, someone who has an entrepreneurial mind that wants to grow their own business... with help, someone that is innovative, and someone who is outgoing and wants to help others protect what matters most.
A SMALL SAMPLING OF THE TYPE OF WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE IS AS FOLLOWS:
• Onboarding new clients
• Meeting with and developing referral partners
• Analyzing and educating clients on whether they have the appropriate insurance coverage to protect their families
· Track and manage sales goals.
• Creative thinking for growth, branding, and client servicing
• Take “field trips” with the other team members to local coffee shops, winery's, sporting events, and other fun places for “Team Building”
Yes. You read that all that right... we like to work hard and play harder. We also require that you hang out with your co-workers during office hours. We have an amazing team of the most selfless and friendly people around. You get to help make sure that your relationships with these folks are enhanced by doing fun things on the company dime. We value activity done not hours put in. Everyone also has the ability to work 100% remotely! As Our “office hours” are 9am to 5pm, but you get to pick when you want or need to work. For example, if you are a Mom with kids who go to school, you can take your kids to school in the morning, show up to work after that, and then leave work in time to pick them back up from school. Even volunteer in their classroom! Goodbye mommy guilt! Basically, as long as you are getting things done you can choose what your work day looks like.
UP YOUR GAME
We are serious about helping you become a master of your craft. We have a training and development program that is unheard of in the independent insurance world that will give you a quick start. We encourage you to take additional training courses and will even pay for you to go to them!
PUT FAMILY FIRST
You must ALWAYS (in a friendly, ALL CAPS YELLING way) put your family before PCRG insurance. We take this seriously. If you get a text or call from a family member in the middle of work, and you need to be with that family member – do it! If a child is sick at home, and you need to be home with them – stay home! PCRG insurance will always support you putting your family first. Will we miss you when you are gone? YES! You will be a vital member of our team. However, everyone at PCRG insurance chooses to love you and your family before loving the work you do.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS
None. That's right. You do not need any industry experience. The primary prerequisite to working at PCRG Insurance is being able to genuinely put others needs before your own. You need to be selfless. The secondary, you need to get insurance licensed. Don't worry... it's an easy process that we give you the guidance to do it!
