Warehouse Receiver Pacific Coast Fruit 13 reviews - Kent, WA Location- Kent, WA General Description: This position is responsible for all inbound product coming across docks at PCF. Requires ability to document and process paperwork quickly and accurately. Duties include rotation and supply of all products to all crews (loading). Responsible for all movement of product within the facility prior to actual picking of orders for loading. Must be flexible and have the ability to take direction from multiple supervisors through changing shifts. Essential Functions: * * Enter purchase order information into computer to print manifests and tags * * Properly track paperwork from driver through receipt process * * Properly tag and distribute received product to pick slot and rotation. * * Operating a pallet jack * * Stacking produce cases * * Building pallets and tagging them appropriately * * Working collaboratively with checkers to fix errors * Cleaning warehouse Knowledge, skill and abilities required: * Requires HS diploma or GED and 2 yrs previous work experience. * Ability to speak, read and write in English preferred * Ability to multi-task under pressure * Self-starter; able to work efficiently with and without supervision * Excellent problem solving abilities * Good oral and written communication skills * After training, must demonstrate a good working knowledge of the computer system including Visual Produce within thirty days after hire. * Ability to use and understand portable communications within a warehouse environment.
