    We are seeking a qualified Regional Credit Manager with the possibility of development and career advancement. Under the general direction of the Credit Manager, this position is responsible for directing all regional credit operations in a manner which enhances distribution, is compatible with marketing/sales objectives and contributes to the profit of the organization and manages all facets of the receivables portfolio on a regional level. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

    • Supervises the administration of all phases of credit functions and activities.
    • Analyzes the financial responsibility of all charge customers and establishes appropriates limits as determined by corporate policy.
    • Takes appropriate action to ensure payments are made within established terms. Initiates a collection effort on past due accounts in a timely manner and pursues all delinquencies

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Four year college degree in accounting, finance or other related field or equivalent experience.
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in a credit/collections industrial environment.
    • 1 year of supervisory experience.
    • Substantial knowledge of accounting, credit and collections practices and commercial law, including lien laws for California and additional states.
    • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
