    Real Estate Sales Agent - Newly Licensed Are you newly licensed and eager to launch your real estate career? We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn all the ins and outs of the business, including client care, contracts, listing prep, generating a book of business, and more. Working as a junior agent on the team, you will have opportunities to work side-by-side with the partners on transactions and on business administration, supporting the partners and clients If you hold a CA Real Estate license and want to learn the art of residential real estate from the ground up, this is an opportunity to be mentored by some of the best in the business. There will be opportunities for compensation aside from your own sales/closings. However, generating business and clients will be crucial in order to hit the income range listed here. *** Please apply if you hold a CA Real Estate License or are already scheduled to take the test. The perfect candidate will enjoy a very fast-paced work environment where every detail matters. This is a client-facing role, with a gold standard of client care and professionalism. Must be excited to work with and adapt to all sorts of personalities and people. Working in residential real estate demands a very flexible schedule with often unpredictable hours; weekends and evenings are part of the business. Fun and challenging is the name of the game! We do not have sales quotas. Rather we are dedicated to each team member's individual goals, and maintaining client care above all. However, it's important to note that the upper-end earning potential in this role will depend greatly on the candidate's ability and willingness to meet new clients. Must hold valid CA Real Estate License! Responsibilities: • Creating a business plan (in partnership with your mentors) to launch your own real estate career • Helping to prep and bring listings to market (supervising vendors, organizing bids, communicating with client on progress of the job) • Managing client gifting, running errands, managing keys and lockboxes, and other general administrative work • Escrow management: Coordinating with lenders, appraisers, escrow and the other agent during the escrow process • Learn all industry-related software (MLS system, Moxie Presents, Zipforms, HighNote, etc.) • Manage vendors and prepare listings for sale • Marketing tasks: Social media, producing websites and printed materials, etc. • Scheduling home tours • Showing properties • Holding open house and brokers tours • Everything else a successful real estate agent does Qualifications: • MUST HAVE CA REAL ESTATE LICENSE • Flexible and exceedingly motivated to learn • Ability to work independently, both in the field and from a home office • Highly professional written and verbal communication • Must hold a driver's license and be comfortable navigating and parking in the city Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 yearly
