This is a role that requires high levels of attention to detail as well as maintaining a calm, patient demeanor when resolving any issue with the customers that may arise. In this position, you will OVERSEE AND IMPLEMENT MARKETING CAMPAIGNS, CONDUCT IN-PERSON SALES, RESOLVE CUSTOMER QUESTIONS, and drive company revenue while generating new business for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty and strengthens the Pacific Empire Solutions brand.

• Strategize, execute and manage alongside the Brand Ambassador teams

• Help our clients identify the right solutions to customer billing, technical, and/or account issues.

• Problem solve and make professional judgement on whether customers qualify for the in-store services that the firm’s clients offer.

• Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Driving sales through retail promotions with a positive attitude!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in Marketing, Advertising, Retail, Customer Service, and Sales is a plus, but not required!

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Effective listening skills

• Strong negotiation and leadership skills

• Deadline and results-oriented

• Self-motivated and proactive qualities

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
