Job Description

We are a glass company looking for a full time Customer Service Representative. Job includes answering customer calls, scheduling jobs for installers, following up on work results, ordering parts and materials, assisting customers face to face as well as other duties.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi task and be adaptable
• A good work ethic with the ability to be a self starter and take initiative
• Outgoing personality who enjoys working with people face to face and on the phone

Experience in the glass business would be an advantage but not essential.
