• Handle internal and external inquiries and communications
• Adhere to company policy and procedures. Compliance with laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

_ Required Qualifications_

• Excellent customer service mindset and ability to build rapport with clients and suppliers
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

_ Language Requirements_

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English
