Perris-based Construction Company seeking reliable entry level Support Assistant for our Payroll / HR / Compliance Department. This position provides administrative support in the day-to-day operations of Payroll, Human Resources, and the Compliance Department. The right person will work quickly, be organized, multi-task, have an upbeat and positive attitude and problem solve on their own.
DUTIES INCLUDE AND ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Assist with employee related inquiries or requests.
- Assist with benefits administration
- Maintain personnel records ensuring timely and accurate records
- Certified Payroll / Prevailing Wage
- Serve as a backup in the processing of payroll
- Makes photocopies; mail, scan, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
- Exercise a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality, including abiding by all employment, employment protection and company practices/policies.
- Any other duties assigned by Payroll Manager.
Job Type: Full-time 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
Salary: Minimum Wage to start
