    We are seeking a motivated and like-minded Staff Accountant. This is a full-time, in-office position. The Staff Accountant will prepare and analyze financial statements, work closely with AR and AP departments, conduct audits, and prepare budgets. They will be willing to develop new skills and learn quickly. They will prove their desire to be an innovative and self-reliant team member who is flexible and not afraid of changes and new developments within the department.

    Job Requirements:

    Strong knowledge of accrual accounting principles and practices

    Ability to interpret financial reports and analyze data for decision-making purposes

    Proficiency in cash flow analysis and forecasting

    Experience in financial auditing procedures

    Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and practices

    Knowledge of corporate accounting processes and procedures

    Proficiency in using accounting software (Quickbooks & Netsuite) for data entry, reporting, and analysis

    Proficient in Microsoft and Google Office applications

    Must possess strong people skills

    Education and Experience:

    Must have either a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or an Associates degree with at least 2 years of related experience

    At least two years of related experience is preferred.

    General Duties:

    Perform general accounting duties, including but not limited to: recording financial transactions, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and reconciling accounts

    Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

    Supervise AP and AR clerks

    Conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

    Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation

    Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis

    Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data for reporting purposes

    Utilize accounting software to perform various accounting tasks
