Fast growing Orange County based medical practice is seeking a full time bookkeeper. The role requires someone who is well organized, detail oriented, independent and can handle multiple tasks. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of bookkeeping.
Job Functions
Accounts Receivable - Prepare invoice, prepare deposit, record payment & manage aged receivables
Accounts payable - Match invoices, record invoices, prepare checks, mail out payment
Bank Reconciliation
Audit general ledger accounts
Record monthly and yearly QuickBooks entries
Record Payroll
Monitor staff expense reports
Assist CFO in preparing financial statements, projections, budgets and year end documentation for filing tax returns
Job Requirements
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft and Google office applications
Excellent Excel skills.
Proficient in QuickBooks
Must possess ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and address work related issues as they occur.
Must possess strong people skills
Candidates must be self motivated and work independently
Maintain professional conduct at all times.
Requires some traveling to various locations in Orange counties

Full Time
Salary: $23-25 an hour
