    Position Summary:

    The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of invoices. This position requires a highly organized and detailed work style.

    Job Requirements:

    Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role

    Proficient in Microsoft & Google Office applications

    Knowledge of basic accounting principles

    Proficient in Quickbooks

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

    Excellent organizational and time management skills

    Ability to analyze financial information and identify discrepancies

    Experience with general ledger reconciliation is a plus

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

    Education and Experience:

    High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

    1-2 years of related experience is preferred.

    General Duties:

    Process accounts payable invoices and ensures accurate and timely payments

    Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies

    Maintain and update vendor records in the accounting system

    Prepare and process transfers and payments (electronic or manual)

    Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable

    Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any payment issues or inquiries

    Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation

    Assist with other accounting duties as assigned
