    Location: Longview, WA - Headquarters

    PNE LLC is looking for a highly motivated, ambitious, driven, and passionate Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator.  The Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Sales, and Marketing. PNE's Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator will also contribute to developing and implementing engaging content that builds/tells a story about each one of PNE's Divisions and the products and services that we sell.  The position is based out of our Longview, WA corporate office.

    QUALIFICATIONS 

    • Degree preferred and/or experience in social media and/or marketing.
    • Background in communication, journalism, digital media, and/or marketing.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
    • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms – Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter.
    • Strong writing and editing skills.
    • Proficient in time management and planning skills.
    • Self-motivated and proactive.
    • Goal-oriented, organized, and team player.
    • Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email.
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all employee and company information.
    • Be able to work independently while having strong communication skills both written and verbally.
    • Awareness and diligence of social media trends

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES

    • Research social media trends, industry specific to PNE's Divisions (construction, electrical, industrial cleaning).
    • Develop, implement, and actively maintain content for PNE's social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
    • Generate engaging content to drive PNE's brand.
    • Monitoring trends in social media, suggesting and proposing ideas.
    • Brainstorming digital content and social media campaign ideas.
    • Engage with PNE's customers and followers through all social media channels.
    • Create and maintain social media performance metrics, monitor social network activity, and enhance social media performance. 
    • Must be proficient in working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
    • Collaborate and communicate across internal PNE Divisions (AET, CCS, and PNE Construction).
    • Other duties as assigned
