    PNE LLC is looking for a highly motivated, ambitious, driven and passionate Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator.  The Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the EVP, Sales and Marketing and directly support our social media and marketing team with special projects and tasks. PNE's Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator will also contribute to develop and implement engaging content that builds/tells a story about each one of PNE's Divisions and the products and services that we sell.  Position is based out of our Longview, WA corporate office.

    To excel in this role, you will be able to work independently while having strong communication skills both written and verbally. Your awareness and diligence of social media trends will be beneficial to PNE and our respected Divisions (Advance Electrical Technologies, CCS and PNE Construction).     ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    • Ø Research social media trends, industry specific to PNE's Divisions (construction, electrical, industrial cleaning).
    • Ø Develop, implement and actively maintain content for PNE's social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
    • Ø Generate engaging content to drive PNE's brand.
    • Ø Monitoring trends in social media, suggesting and proposing ideas.
    • Ø Brainstorming digital content and social media campaign ideas.
    • Ø Engage with PNE's customers and followers through all social media channels.
    • Ø Create and maintain social media performance metrics, monitoring social network activity and enhance social media performance. 
    • Ø Must be proficient in working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
    • Ø Collaborate and communicate across internal PNE Divisions (AET, CCS and PNE Construction).
    • Ø Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ø Bachelor's degree from a four-year university or college in social media and/or marketing.
    • Ø Background in communication, journalism, digital media and/or marketing.
    • Ø Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
    • Ø In-dept knowledge of various social media platforms – Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter.
    • Ø Strong writing and editing skills.
    • Ø Proficient in time management and planning skills.
    • Ø Self-motivated and proactive.
    • Ø Goal-oriented, organized and team player.
    • Ø Fluent communication in person, on the phone and in email.
    • Ø Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all employee and company information.
