Insurance Start-Up is currently looking for an experienced  Software Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate has prior team management experience, building a focused team environment with skilled, eager, of positive, hardworking professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES: SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER

• Finish code refactoring of all features for schema-less form data
• Stabilize all our integrations from dynamic forms
• Release new features for different packages of our product
• Manage 10 engineers using scrum/agile who are responsible for core platform and API development
• Implement microservices, decoupled code, queues, and other scalable infrastructures
• Finish adding necessary integrations on our product roadmap

QUALIFICATIONS

• Computer Science Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Full stack engineer (proficient on frontend and backend)
• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• 5+ years Managing a team experienced with modern JS framework experience (Angular/Node/React/JS)
