Insurance Start-Up is currently looking for a dynamic Lead Product Designer. The ideal candidate creative eye, skilled, eager, and hardworking professional with great positive energy.

RESPONSIBILITIES: LEAD PRODUCT DESIGNER

• Create design roadmap based on interviews with team, customers, and influencers 
• Design mockups for new features 
• Conduct user interviews with product manager to find user needs
• Design new mockups for old features 
• Assist development in complete rebranding of company platform 
• Team-oriented, while able to work independently 
• Effective in producing on time
• Silicon-valley style design

QUALIFICATIONS/BENEFITS

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Full stack engineer (proficient on frontend and backend)
• 3+ years of professional software product design experience
• Figma or alike (Adobe, Sketch) (Prototyping software)
• Should have prior experience with Silicon Valley companies who have great design (Uber, Lyft, Snapchat, Airbnb, Twitter, Facebook)
• Stock options
• Remote work (or local office space if in San, Diego)
