We are an established pool maintenance company looking to hire full-time experienced pool cleaners who will exceed customer expectations by exemplifying our company policies, vision, and values. We are looking for a person with integrity who is detailed oriented and a hard worker.

Position: Pool Technician (Experienced)

Pool technicians are responsible for weekly maintenance which includes but is not limited to, balancing water chemistry, handling and transporting of pool chemicals, cleaning, and clearing of all debris from pool and baskets, brushing and vacuuming of pools each week.

Requirements:

must be physically able to be outdoors all-day year-round in heat, rain and cold temperatures. Along with being able to lift 50-100lbs of equipment and chemicals

must be able to pass a background check and hold a valid Texas driver’s license

must have excellent organizational, communication and record-keeping skills

must be willing to learn and follow our company policies and procedures

must have a smartphone to use company software for daily route

Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with customers resulting in strong professional connections with clients
