    Location: Castro Valley, CA

    Overview:  The Clinic Director is a leadership position responsible for running a successful outpatient orthopedic clinic in Castro Valley, CA.  Qualified candidates should be able to lead with compassion, embrace evidence-based practice, empower and mentor staff, and promote a culture of excellence.  We are looking for a talented physical therapist who wants join a growing company that believes in a Patient 1st approach to care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle all clinic scheduling
    • Manage patient experience including patient’s complaints
    • Manage clinic hiring and talent acquisition
    • Coordinate new hire orientation of employees
    • Participate or create in the training of medical personnel
    • Complete payroll according to company’s procedure
    • Evaluate employees’ performance reviews in accordance with company’s policy
    • Responsible for staffing of the clinic at all time for full coverage
    • Manage the business with an effective and efficient staffing model
    • Report any ideas/ suggestions for the successful operation of the facility and practice
    • Execute all requested information related to billing, and ensure that services are provided
    • Maintain all statistical information related to the clinic at the direction of the Administration
    • Participate in the marketing efforts of the organization at the direction of the Administration.
    • Safeguard the clinic’s customer services, prosperity, and interests at all times
    • Act and represent a positive image of the clinic to the community

    Education & Experience:

    • Licensed Physical Therapist required by the state
    • 2+ years as a clinician experience and some managerial experience
    • Graduated from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association required

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Seek out appropriate continuing education as necessary to meet the responsibilities of the position
    • Delegate tasks to ensure that you are able to meet the physical demands of the position
    • Maintain positive communication with your direct reports
    • Maintain a healthy and positive atmosphere for yourself and with others
    • Excellent work ethics and consistent with follow up and follow through with issues
    • Willing to work a flexible schedule, open to evenings and weekends
    • A community-based mentality is a plus
