An E-commerce company located in Fontana is seeking QUALIFIED candidate to fill our Customer Service/Sales Representative Position. Candidate MUST be computer literate, familiar with online order processing, able to close sales, multi-task, organized and well-spoken.

This is the full time position with hourly pay.

IRA offered. Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Processing daily orders.

2. Working with suppliers and maintaining supplier relationship

3. Providing customer service over the phone, through email and via live chat.

4. Producing labels for packages

5. Data entry Minimum of two(2) years of customer service experience is required. Prior E-commerce experience preferred.
