PROJECT SALES ENGINEER

Pacific Rim Mechanical is one of the largest Mechanical Construction and Service Contractors serving the Southern California commercial market since 1987. We are seeking two qualified, experienced Project Sales Engineers to serve our clients in the OC & LA markets.

The Project Sales Engineer’s responsibilities include designing, engineering and developing H.V.A.C. mechanical and plumbing proposed solutions for our existing clients, and to develop new client relationships. The position entails site surveys, collaborating with our Operations project managers, service and project technicians, estimating and preparing detailed proposals, scheduling and preparing presentations to clients, and processing completed sales bookings within the Pacific Rim Service Department.

The qualified candidate should have 5 years of related experience and possess vast knowledge of H.V.A.C. Mechanical/Plumbing systems and their operations. Experience may include former positions as a H.V.A.C. Service Technician, Facility Engineer, Plant Operations Manager, etc.. The qualified candidate should also have software knowledge and experience with Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365 CRM, Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

The position is salary base with a generous commission plan (commissions paid monthly), auto and cellphone allowance, and expenses.
