As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service to our customers and grow sales of tiles for this company. Customer prospects will include fabricators, designers, builders, contractors, and homeowners. Duties and qualifications include:
● Assists homeowners that walk in or call in with their stone needs.
● Learn and understand Stone Profits, our main software for sales and inventory management.
● Capable of handling and managing holds in a timely manner
● Creates and handles sales/invoices on a daily basis
● Updates their CRM to easily keep track of customers as requested by supervisor
● Calls on current and prospective customers
● Attend industry functions for networking as requested by supervisor
● Call on and visit customers as needed to develop and retain clients
● Develop in-depth knowledge about our different lines of surfaces.
● Works to achieve established quarterly or annual objectives set by upper management.
● Able to follow Pacific Shore Stones Safety culture
● Ability to work alternating Saturdays
● Perform other duties assigned by manager
