    Summary

    We are seeking an up-beat, positive parts specialist who wants to work in a dynamic environment. A successful candidate must be detail oriented, possess the ability to multi-task, and be able to work effectively in a fast paced team environment.

    Full time 8:00AM to 5:00PM (1 hour lunch)

    Job Duties:

    Familiarity with Allison transmissions, ZF transmissions, Cummins engines, and Deutz engines is desirable.

    Build quotes, process orders, and issue purchase orders in Microsoft Navision.

    Work directly with the service department to support the service and repair deadlines by researching, procuring parts and supplies, providing status updates.

    Respond accurately and quickly to all requests for quotes, updates, and general support.

    Conduct accurate and timely research on parts using multiple vendor web sites.

    Other duties as assigned by the Supply and Logistics Manager.

    Qualifications:

    Good organizational skills and attention to detail

    Ability to work effectively in a team environment

    Excellent computer skills

    Able to work overtime when required

    Excellent attendance history

    Ability to read, write, and speak English

    Follow verbal instructions and use basic math skills

    Reliable transportation

    Pass a drug screening and background check
