Pacific Torque in Seattle, WA is seeking a highly motivated, qualified individual to help diagnose, repair, and rebuild natural gas and diesel engines.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, disassemble, inspect, and rebuild all natural gas and diesel engines.

Convert and modify engines by adding or removing components to meet a customer's requirements.

Perform preventive maintenance.

Operate vehicles to help aid in the diagnosis of complaints.

Complete written service reports on jobs including, complaint, cause, and correction.

Conduct yourself in a professional manner while adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

4-5 years’ experience. Knowledge of Cummins and Detroit Diesel engines preferred.

Excellent ability to accurately diagnose problems.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Cummins or Detroit Diesel certifications preferred but not required.

Valid driver's license.

Class B CDL preferred but not required.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Own and maintain a complete set of tools.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
