    Brief Job Description and Duties

    The Receptionist/AP Assistant position is a full time, paid hourly position.

    We are looking for an individual to handle inbound phone calls in a pleasant and professional manner. The Receptionist/AP Assistant will have communications with vendors & customers via phone and e-mail. The individual will also assist with Accounts Payable doing limited invoice processing including scanning and electronic filing of AP documents. They will also process check deposits, credit card processing and general filing & office support.

    The individual will also handle or assist with various office tasks and provide assistance to other company staff/managers as needed. The position reports to the Company’s Controller.

    Being able to communicate in both written and verbal Spanish would be helpful at times.

    Qualifications

    1 – 2 years of office experience preferred

    Phone system/coverage experience

    Good interpersonal/communication skills

    Professional attitude and appearance

    Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

    High school graduate or equivalent
