    Construction Administration Assistant

    Overview:

    The Construction Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Construction Management team with the day to day operations of the company including handling all current building processes and concerns, administrative work, and verifications. In addition, the Construction Administrative Assistant may handle contract reviews, scheduling permits, processing change orders, and keeping meeting minutes. This position will also assist with scheduling roving staff and other activities and duties as needed such as answering phones, and maintaining various log books.

    Must Have: Intermediate to advanced Excel experience, excellent time management and organization skills, strong working knowledge of general office procedures maintain various financial files and documents, provide various clerical support to the construction team including but not limited to: data entry, develop daily worksheets, develop different types of reports, assist in tracking requisitions, thrive in a fast pace and ever changing environment!!!

    Experience, Education, Knowledge:

    High school diploma or GED, and or College Degree– able to plan, organize and follow through on work, excellent computer skills with desire to excel in handling changing priorities. The ideal candidate is someone who observes all company procedures and safety rules, self-starter, friendly, personable, and professional demeanor at all times.

    Benefits and Compensation:

    Pacific Western Corporation offers a competitive compensation and benefit package; including medical, dental, vision, vacation, 401K and paid holidays. Compensation is determined depending on work experience. Benefit package offered after probationary period.

    Salary: Hourly/Competitive, DOE
