    The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Manager with the day to day operations of the property including handling all current resident processes and concerns, administrative work, and verifications. In addition, the Resident Services Specialist will handle renewals, resident retention programs, apartment turns, resident maintenance requests, supply orders, lease changes, and property inspections. This position will also assist with leasing activities and duties as needed and will oversee and assist the front desk with answering phones/greeting incoming prospects in a courteous and friendly manner — always.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related experience

    Working knowledge of leasing and management policies

    Customer Service experience in fast pace environment

    Property Management software experience a plus

    Ability to set priorities, handles multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

    Strong communication skills, both oral and written

    Apartment, HOA, hotel front desk, restaurant, or retail customer experience

    Experience, Education, Knowledge:

    Preferably at least 1 year of experience in property management or hospitality industry; Must have knowledge and experience in client support, relations and Fair Housing. Able to work under regular deadlines; Highly motivated self-starter with good organizational skills; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Excellent computer skills; OneSite property management software and Excel experience a plus; GED or equivalent required; degree preferable.TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports. Associates will be required to climb stair wells, frequently continuously walk or sit for up to 8 hours on any given day.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

    Hourly/Based on Experience Starting at $18/Hour
