There are part-time and full-time office positions available starting at $18 an hour or more depending on experience, however no experience is required. We’ll train.

    Pacific Western Corporation, is a luxury apartment management company that has apartment communities throughout San Diego County. The successful Property Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager with handling all resident concerns, including all related administrative work involved in the maintenance requests, showing apartments to prospective residents, move-ins and move outs, taking work orders from residents, filing, data entry, answering phones, and more. We are looking for an assistant with a great work ethic and 'can do' attitude who wants to be an integral part of our dynamic team.     Position Details:

    Typical Schedule – 8:00am to 5:00pm – depending on business needs at time of hire

    Must Haves:

    Responsible for resident files which include but are not limited to: renewals and resident retention programs, resident follow up including letters, requests, concerns, lease changes

    Back up to and assist the Property Manager on the flow of all paperwork and verifications

    Oversee and assist managers with answering phones, maintaining resident and vendor logs, and other daily functions.

    Perform property inspections and follow up notifications to vendors, etc.

    Be flexible to help at another community if necessary

    Assist with activities related to apartment rentals and move-ins as needed

    Experience, Education, knowledge

    High school diploma or GED

    Customer Service or sales experience helpful but not required.

    Ability to set priorities, handles multiple tasks, and meets deadlines

    Good communication skills
