The Pacific Wholesale Mortgage team is your premier mortgage team located in Sacramento, California. We pride ourselves on offering some of the lowest rates nationwide and make the loan process simple, straightforward, and fast for borrowers seeking a mortgage in the Sacramento area.

Pacific Wholesale Mortgage is seeking motivated individuals, preferably that have an MLO License or that have experience in sales or real estate, regardless of the amount of experience if you are motivated we will train you!!

• PWM is a Wholesale Broker Lender
  • Our rates are roughly 0.5% LOWER than local direct lenders
  • We work with numerous banks so we have much greater flexibility in products. PWM LO’s can offer & be competitive in any scenario; (QM, non-QM, hard money, etc.)
• Top producer training
  • Hyper-launch your business by participating in our esteemed “Basic Building Blocks” training led by our $500k/year earning LO’s as they illustrate how to get there!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the proper licensing to originate mortgage loans
• Originate mortgage business
• Build business relationships
• Build and run your production team
• Determine the best loan program to accomplish the client's goals
• Uphold the company's reputation

Qualifications:

• Active NMLS license (preferred but not required)
• Highly proficient with PCs
• Extensive knowledge and experience using Calyx Point
• Self-motivated
• Team player

Salary: $75,000.00 to $750,000.00 /year
