JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Automotive Service Advisor is responsible for building strong relationships and selling the technicians' time. Our service advisors greet customers, visually inspect their vehicles by walk-around inspection, write up the vehicle for service and consult the customer on their service needs. Service advisors sell and upsell services, answer service related calls and respond to inquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service
Prioritize required services and recommend options
You must keep customers apprised of progress, setbacks and updated completion times. We have the latest technology tools that will allow you to communicate via a service video, texting and text to pay. Our customers love the transparency.
You must be able to handle 15-20 repair orders a day consisting of used cars, customer pay, internals and warranty.
You must be able to keep your CSI in the top 10% of our region.
Maintain knowledge of products and services in order to accurately and correctly answer customer inquiries.
CDK/ADP experience is preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Driver’s License
Computer Proficiency, we utilize Ford smart and write tickets on a tablet in the lane.

Pacifico Auto Group, a family owned dealership in the Philadelphia, Pa is celebrating our 99th year in business. We have a rare opening for a service advisor (ASM) at our Ford location. You will be one of 4 advisors. Your support staff will consist of an assistant to help with warranty and recall calls. You will have an outsource department to set service appointments. You will have a service manager that will assist you daily along with a service director to support you further. You will write repair orders inside of a climate controlled facility with the support of a 3 man lane team. You will have a team of 4-6 technicians, you control your own dispatching. You will source from a 1.5 million dollar parts inventory. We have plenty of work and the best tech pay plan around. We are growling because of this, so we are looking for the best of the best.
