Pacin Levine, P.A. is a rapidly expanding South Florida Law Firm focusing in Personal Injury. We are seeking Personal Injury Legal Assistants for full-time positions for our Miami office. Successful candidates will be responsible for handling pre-suit personal injury claims from inception.
The position entails extensive contact with clients and medical providers.
WORK HOURS ARE MONDAYS THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8:30 A.M. TO 5:30 P.M.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather and analyze intake information and relevant documents.
- Enter pertinent information into Attorney Software Program.
- Maintain contact with clients and medical providers on regular basis.
- Explain procedures or forms to clients.
- Prepare documents and correspondence such as billing inquiries.
- Collect documentation of all damages sustained such as medical records and billing records.
- Organize and maintain case files.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be bi-lingual (English and Spanish).
- Must have 1 to 2 years minimum relevant experience.
- Must have consistent work history.
- Must have strong work ethic and be able to work well in a fast pace environment.
- Must have great people skills as the position requires a great deal of client contact.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must to be able to prioritize work and work under pressure.
- Must be well organized and detail oriented. • Must have exceptional communication and written skills.
- Must have computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Knowledge of insurance coverage types and policies is helpful.
